High-Mast pole bases (Foundations) are included in the Puerto Rico Highway Authority standard book of specifications (The Blue Book-Standard Drawing Vol. 1 & 2). Our service includes delivery to the job-site and installation of the foundation base. Bolts, usually supplied by the pole manufacturer, are installed according to requirements and specified “bolt circle” diameter.
